Yeah well, January was just ok. Never really got into the rhythm of working out. I mean I did, then it "snowed" then the kids had too many of their own things, blah blah blah. I've been sick with a cold something or other over the past week which makes me want to sleep, sleep, sleep. Anyway, hoping for a better workout month in February.
Last year, 15 days... this year... 12. Dammit.
